Welcome to Prairieland Yoga! We teach eclectic yoga to students of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels in a safe, supportive atmosphere.
Michelle Wilson has been practicing yoga since 2000, studying a variety of styles, including vinyasa, restorative, Kripalu and yin. In 2007, she became a Certified Yoga Instructor through the Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas, but she’s always learning, studying and expanding her practice and teaching.
Former students use words like fun, relaxing, challenging, reassuring, calming, soothing, peaceful and high quality to describe Michelle and her classes.
